!!! ATTENTION !!! A. A. A. Process Servers would like to thank all of our clients for their business and support throughout the years. However, due to unexpected circumstances, we will no longer be accepting any additional service of process, or document filings and/or retrievals after 3 November 2006. Therefore, we will only accept new assignments sent prior to 1 November 2006. Any service of process sent prior to 1 November 2006, will be worked until the three (3) service attempts that are included in our service charges are completed. At that time, we will (as we always have) call and inform you of the status and complete any additional directions that you or your client may request (subject to possible additional charges) until the documents have been closed out (e.g. completed service or non-service). Accounts Receivable will still be accepting payments for any work completed (e.g. completed service, non-service, past, or current) at both of our locations in Colorado. A. A. A. Process Servers 2075 South University Boulevard #184 Denver, Colorado 80210 A. A. A. Process Servers 4419 Centennial Boulevard #248 Colorado Springs, Colorado 80907 Requests for any additional service information, duplicates of Affidavits of Service, or Amended Affidavits of Service, may still be requested by calling (800) 293-6098 and leaving a message, e- mailing requests to service@ColoradoProcessServers.com, or faxing requesting to (719) 573- 1089. Please keep in mind that it may take us 48 hours to return any messages regardless as to how they may be sent. Of course, any comments and/or concerns can also be addressed by any of the contact information we have listed. We hope to leave our 800 number, e-mail, and fax number up and running until the end of the year so our clients may obtain any information that we may have on file. After that time, will keep our mailing addresses referenced above until 30 June 2007 to aid our clients in obtaining information on services that may creep up later on during court proceedings. Just as a reminder, this closing was sudden and unexpected, therefore . . . we do have a business for sale which consists mainly of advertising placed a year or more in advanced, an (800) number which has been associated with A. A. A. Process Servers since before 1998, a website domain name, and more postage, paper, and ink than we will ever know what to do with. We appreciate everything our clients have done for us in the past; and we wish everyone good health and continued prosperity. We would like to especially thank Hawkins and E-Z Messenger in Arizona for the plant that was sent to our office as a condolence when Felina's father (cab driver and fellow process server/investigator), Phillip Michael Swaba, was murdered in March 2002. Felina still has the plant and an off-shut of the parent plant. She treasures the kind thoughts sent behind the gift. Again, thanks to everyone for their kind thoughts during those trying times!!! !!! ATTENTION !!! We use Process Server's Toolbox to prepare and track our work.
